Visionix USA announced that it recently entered a strategic alliance with 20/20NOW “to help bring cost effective, in-office, quality synchronous tele-optometry comprehensive eye exams and ocular telemedicine closer to more patients throughout the U.S.”
According to Matt Vulich, Vice-President National Accounts at Visionix Americas, “20/20NOW shares the same passion as Visionix in helping eyecare prrofessionals (ECPs) grow and scale their business. Together, we will help optometry practices and optical retailers offer comprehensive eye exams at scale. With this strategic move, we can now offer our customers the option to grow through tele-optometry.”

20/20NOW says it is helping ECPs and optical retailers successfully launch and operate tele-optometric services in over 30 states. Visionix says that alliance allows it to offer 20/20NOW’s Tele-Optometry platform “with Visionix’s integrated, advanced, accurate, and user-friendly devices to offer world-class tele-optometry.”

Visionix will remain the direct access to all Visionix products.
