New Dispenser Quick Start – In as little as 20 days, new dispensers can develop a basic understanding of dispensary business practices, learn about lenses, frames and treatment materials, and gain sales and service skills and techniques. The program has 18 web-based courses, and it comes with a participant guide and a coach’s guide to supplement the online learning.
Apollo for Advanced Dispensing Professionals is a program designed for dispensers with over one year of experience. The Apollo program is divided into five primary categories, covering 55 online courses and delivered in modules of 15 to 30 minutes each. Categories include business management, optical/medical, technical, products, and patient service and selling. Users can also take advantage of up to 18 hours of CE credit for ABOC, AOA-CPC and 1 hour CE for NCLC.
Front Desk Staff Training is offered to improve skills such as telephone etiquette, managing patient and vendor appointments, records and reporting and more.
Dispensary Manager Program
This comprehensive six-month program is a combination of in-person and distance learning which includes classroom instruction, real world activities, individual coaching, and project based learning experiences. It is designed for the staff member managing optical retail operations.
