CLX, a contact lens ordering, management and patient marketing system, is now fully integrated with Diversified Ophthalmics, Inc. This integration provides all Diversified, Mid-South Premier and Firestone customers the opportunity to order contact lenses, manage returns and consolidate contact lens management reports in a simple-to-use, cloud-based system.
By providing automated integration with these distributors, CLX is said to help reduce the administration time required to call in orders, check availability, or verify status from distributors.
“We’re excited about partnering with the CLX System in that it provides our customers with a platform that houses resources designed specifically to help them expand their contact lens businesses,” says Dan Woebkenberg, Diversified’s vice-president of sales and marketing.
Those additional resources, according to Jeremy Bono, sales manager of the CLX System, include such innovations as Price Check, an updated online competitive pricing comparison report designed to help users improve profitability, and the Contact Lens Recall Report, a tool ECPs can use to easily identify and contact patients due for contact lens reorders or re-examinations.
