Holiday shopping season is underway with the WO Gift Guide
Women In Optometry (WO) has released its seventh annual gift guide, WO’s Guide to Holiday Gifting 2025.
Over the years, WO editors saw and heard from so many women in the eye care field who had side businesses or artistic outlets. This dedicated package, launched in 2019, showcases the passion and dedication these women pour into their work, often done after office hours.
CREATIVE GIFT IDEAS
Readers can find one-of-a-kind gift ideas created and curated by women who are in, connected to or inspired by the industry.
WO Senior Editor Kyla Bazzy says, “This seventh annual gift guide celebrates a unique group of creative women. This project has grown year after year. It’s been exciting to connect with these creators, hear their stories and see what fun, new products there are to include.”
SHOP FROM 4 CURATED CATEGORIES
The 2025 edition includes new shops as well as updates on the offerings and product lines of those who have been featured in the past. The guide consists of four categories of gifts.
- Apparel and Accessories includes clothing for all ages, optometry-themed t-shirts and bucket hats, handmade jewelry, socks, pins, stickers and more.
- Art and Décor features paintings, eye-themed art, ceramics, ornaments, candles, notecards and more.
- For the Office includes product lines that could be sold or displayed in the office, such as cosmetic and cleanser lines, eyewear and optometry-related art.
- Family Gifts features books by optometrist-authors, eyewear for kids and other fun items.
Beyond shopping for holiday gifts, these shops are also open all year. They could become a great go-to shopping spot that also helps support the creative work of women in the profession.
