“The Profitable Doctor,” a workshop designed to help OD-owners elevate their management skills to eliminate inefficiencies and develop strategies to increase profits
and cash flow, is being launched with a premier event in San Diego on April 12.
“This is a prime opportunity for owners of independent practices to increase their understanding of basic financial principles, gain confidence in their management skills, and then formulate an individualized profit-building plan,” says Mick Kling, OD, founder of Impact Leadership and host of the event.
