Solutionreach, a provider of patient management systems, is partnering with Chart Talk, a cloud-based practice management, billing and electronic health record system for medical providers.
According to a statement from the two companies, the partnership will improve the patient-provider relationship for Chart Talk users and their patients, allow providers to collaborate with patients more easily using phone, e-mail, and text reminders, surveys and newsletters and provide an enhanced implementation and user experience for Chart Talk customers.
