Sign Up Today: Free MBA Webinar on Managing Eyewear and Contact Lens Inventory to Maximize Profitability

The Management & Business Academy  (MBA), sponsored by Alcon and Essilor, will present “Managing Eyewear and Contact Lens Inventory to Maximize Profitability” on May 10, 2012, at 7:30 pm EST.

This one-hour webinar, free to all who register, is one of a series of business management webinars sponsored by the MBA. Participants will hear and view a live, half-hour PowerPoint presentation from Mark Wright, OD, FCOVD, then will have an opportunity to pose questions to Dr. Wright in the second half of the event.

This webinar will provide inventory management guidelines, based on national norms derived from the MBA Data Base, that increase patient capture rates and maximize dispensary profitability. Participants will learn techniques to maintain the optimal product mix and inventory level to best meet patient needs. Participants will learn the consequences of providing inadequate or excessive inventory, and they will examine models of pricing and presentation that encourage the sale of premium frames and lenses, as well as annual supplies of contact lenses.
