Registration Now Open for Optometry’s Meeting 2026 and AOA+

The 129th Annual AOA Congress and 58th Annual AOSA Conference will take place June 17-20 in Phoenix

The American Optometric Association (AOA) and American Optometric Student Association (AOSA) are pleased to share that registration is now open for Optometry’s Meeting and AOA+, taking place June 17-20 in Phoenix.

As the profession’s premier annual event, Optometry’s Meeting aligns doctors, paraoptometrics and office staff, optometry students and industry professionals across four days of progressive continuing education (CE) and professional development, impactful networking and career-building events, an expansive exhibit hall with business solutions and practice resources and leadership opportunities that advance the profession.

Please note that an AOA profile is required to register. Most US optometrists and optometry students have an AOA profile, regardless of membership status.

Registration is open to both members and nonmembers, with special members-only pricing available. Early-bird registration rates are available now through March 31.

300 Hours CE and Professional Development

Optometry’s Meeting provides leading-edge CE and professional development with over 300 hours of education available for doctors, paraoptometrics and optometry students. Attendees can access an exciting lineup of sessions that will not only enhance their skills but also transform patient outcomes and strengthen community health—including 15 hands-on workshops and demonstrations of the latest technological and scope advancements.

The Education Theater will also return to Eye Care Square with 12, all-new courses on a diverse range of topics. Optometry’s Meeting delivers an exceptional professional education experience suitable for every member of the care team.

With more than 125 industry-renowned speakers, attendees will hear from industry-renowned optometric lecturers, experts and thought-leaders.

AOA Experience: Opening General Session | Wednesday, June 17

  • The high-energy kickoff will start the conference experience on a high note followed by the Eye Care Square Opening Reception, featuring Phoenix-inspired bites and drinks. Ignite your energy and connect with colleagues.

The Innovation Hub | Tuesday, June 16 & Wednesday, June 17

  • The future of optometry is driven by innovation—where cutting-edge technology and forward-thinking solutions redefine eye care. Participate in the AOA Innovation Hub, a multi-day program that spotlights industry innovators and disruptors in the clinical, scientific, technology and business fields that look to advance eye health and vision care.

Celebration of Optometry | Friday, June 19

  • Conclude the meeting at the Celebration of Optometry closing party, a ticketed event at Warehouse 215 with great music from a lively local cover band, delicious bites and a vibrant atmosphere for one last night of fun and connection.

The AOA Foundation 5K | Friday, June 19

  • Support The AOA Foundation and participate in the AOA Foundation 5K, a 3.1-mile run—or choose the “Sleep In” option—to support the Foundation’s work, enjoy a morning workout and earn a performance T-shirt and medal.
