In December 2024, Jobson Optical Research surveyed eyecare professionals on their use of digital solutions.
The 42-page report features insights on the types of social media that optical locations use and the frequency of posting.
Another section focuses on the business review sites that ECPs use. It includes whether there’s an individual in the office dedicated to checking them and whether there is a protocol in place for responding to negative reviews.
According to the survey, 87 percent of respondents have a practice website, but the report further shows what respondents felt were important reasons to have a website.
