Optometric technology company recognized for three-year revenue growth
August 11, 2026
Dr. Contact Lens today announced it has been ranked for the fourth year in a row, this year coming in at No. 3251 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list, the annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. The list is the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s most successful independent and entrepreneurial businesses, recognizing companies that have achieved remarkable growth while driving innovation, creating jobs and shaping the future of the economy. Past honorees include companies such as Microsoft, Meta, Chobani, Oracle and Patagonia.
The placement marks the fourth consecutive year Dr. Contact Lens has earned a spot on the list, a streak that requires clearing Inc.’s growth threshold in four separate measurement windows.

Dr. Brianna Rhue
“Four years on this list means four years of optometric practices deciding that contact lens revenue was worth fighting for,” said Brianna Rhue, OD, FAAO, FSLS, CEO and co-founder of Dr. Contact Lens. “Every point of our growth started as a prescription that used to walk out someone’s door and now doesn’t. The growth is theirs before it is ours. We just built the system that made it possible.”
Dr. Contact Lens was founded in 2016 by optometrists Jennifer Tabiza, OD, and Dr. Brianna Rhue to solve a problem they were watching in their own chairs. Patients would have a good exam, take their contact lens prescription and buy somewhere else, costing the practice both the revenue and, often, the ongoing relationship with the patient. The platform now serves thousands of independent optometry practices nationwide as an ordering system and a customer relationship management tool built specifically for contact lens patients, with practices using it to track reorder schedules, send automated reminders and keep patients engaged between visits.
This year’s Inc. 5000 recognizes a new class of companies redefining what growth looks like. From AI and advanced manufacturing to healthcare, consumer products and professional services, these businesses are expanding their impact, creating jobs and proving that entrepreneurial ambition continues to fuel the U.S. economy. Among the 5,000 companies on the list, the median three-year revenue growth rate was 130%, and those companies have collectively added more than 627,208 jobs to the U.S. economy over the past three years.
