CooperVision Appoints Brenda Raphael as VP of Marketing, Americas

CooperVision has named Brenda Raphael as vice president of marketing, Americas. In this role, Raphael will oversee U.S. marketing across the company’s brand portfolio, customer marketing and professional affairs. She joins the company as CooperVision continues to enhance its marketing capabilities through data-enabled decision-making, omnichannel customer engagement and high-impact solutions.

Raphael brings more than two decades of marketing and commercial leadership experience across global organizations including Pfizer, Bayer, Novartis, Procter & Gamble and The Coca-Cola Company. Most recently, Raphael served as a marketing and business consultant, advising organizations on brand transformation, growth strategy and commercialization excellence. She has a strong track record of delivering growth by fostering a culture of innovation, accountability and continuous learning while building strong brands, advancing new product commercialization and developing customer-focused marketing strategies. This expertise aligns closely with CooperVision’s commitment to more personalized marketing and deeper partnership with eyecare professionals.

Raphael holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.
