Barti, the first AI-powered operating system built exclusively for independent eye care, was selected to participate in Vision Expo’s inaugural Call for NEW, a curated showcase recognizing the most forward-thinking companies in the industry. The company took the Innovation Stage for an Innovation Flash Session, unveiling two new AI products that bring its total suite to 12 AI tools, all built into one platform.
Since launching its first AI product at Vision Expo West in 2024, Barti has had real doctors using its AI-powered tools in their practices every day. The two newest additions continue to push that momentum forward.

Barti Quinn AI
Barti’s AI Receptionist is an intelligent phone agent that answers calls 24/7 and schedules patient appointments automatically, addressing one of the most common and costly problems in eye care: 30% of calls to a typical practice go unanswered. Practices using the tool are booking 10 to 20% more appointments per month, directly impacting top-line revenue.
Quinn, Barti’s AI Agent, is built to eliminate the documentation burden that drives burnout across the industry. Quinn listens during the patient visit and populates the chart, from fields and dropdowns to CPT and diagnosis codes, all from the doctor’s voice. Practices using Barti’s AI features are saving one to two hours per day and seeing one to two additional patients as a result.
