2025 Finalists for Optometry Student Challenge are announced by ABB Optical Group

ABB Optical Group, the largest independent provider of optical services and solutions, is pleased to announce the finalists for the 11th Annual Optometry Student Challenge. Six talented students will showcase their research posters during an interactive webinar scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 11, 2025, at 8 PM ET. Alongside expert judges, webinar attendees will have the opportunity to cast votes for their favorite submissions, contributing to the final winner selection.
Travel Grants for the Award Winners
The Optometry Student Challenge will award travel grants of $1,500 each to three winning students selected from the finalists. These third or fourth-year optometry students will attend the 2026 Global Specialty Lens Symposium taking place January 7 to 10 in Las Vegas, NV, where they will present their award-winning scientific posters.

These students have put their hearts into creating thoughtful contact lens cases, and it’s truly inspiring to see.
