Warby Parker’s New Pop Star Collaboration

Warby Parker has launched a new line of sunglasses in collaboration with pop star Justin Timberlake.

“Together with Justin Timberlake, we designed three limited-edition sunglasses to celebrate ‘Wave,’ a song from his new album, ‘Man of the Woods,'” Warby Parker’s site announces. There is a graphic at the top of the page on the site devoted to the new sunwear, which visitors are instructed to un-mute to “get mesmerized.” When you click on the graphic at the top of the page, a dynamic seascape set to music appears.

The company also notes that it will be tying the new line of sunwear to charity.

“To commemorate the collaboration, we will be making a donation to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, an organization near (it’s in his hometown) and dear (it does life-changing work) to Justin,” the company says on the site. “And as always, for every pair of Warby Parker frames sold, a pair is distributed to someone in need.”

The sunwear comes with three different frames and lens tints: Wave 1 in Canyon Tortoise, Wave II in Sea Glass Grey and Wave III in Jet Black Matte.
