“Closing the Gap Between Cost & Care” is the theme for a lunch’n’learn event to be held at Vision Expo East on Friday, March 20, 2015. The event will be hosted by ROB Professional Editor Mark Wright, OD, FCOVD. Attendees at this 1.5 hour lunch and presentation will acquire strategies for delivering a broad range of comprehensive eyecare services and increasing capture rates on optical goods. An OD panel will discuss how providing patient financing and integrating management and communications systems results in improved outcomes and greater patient satisfaction.
