Your practice can profitably thrive–even with increased competition from optical chains and online retailers. Here are a few ways one doctor has successfully taken on “the disrupters.”

BE THE GAME CHANGER. Focus on your personal brand. Using social media to showcase the technology in your office, and publicize positive patient testimonials, can be a competitive advantage.

BE COST-EFFICIENT & SMART. Increasing net profits can be achieved by vendor discounts, group pricing, cross-trained staff, medical model technology and seeing more patients per hour.

WORK WITH COMPETITORS. Working with competitors in your local area can be a good way to use resources together that one office might not have, and providing added value to patients with increased medical services.
